International Journal of Indonesian Philosophy & Theology (IJIPTh) focuses on philosophical and theological studies based on both literary and field types of research. The emphasis of the study is as the following:
The scope of International Journal of Indonesian Philosophy & Theology (IJIPTh) covers various perspectives of philosophical and theological studies from trans-interdisciplinary methodology and cross-cultural-religious point of view of traditions.
All manuscripts submitted to this journal must follow the focus and scope, and author guidelines of this journal. The submitted manuscripts must address scientific merit or novelty appropriate to the focus and scope. All manuscripts must be free from plagiarism contents. All authors are suggested to use plagiarism detection software to do the similarity checking.
The research article submitted to this journal will be peer-reviewed by at least 2 (two) or more expert reviewers. The reviewers give scientific valuable comments improving the contents of the manuscript.
Editors will make the final decision of article acceptance according to reviewers' comments. Publication of accepted articles, including the sequence of published articles, will be made by Editor in Chief by considering the sequence of accepted date and geographical distribution of authors and a thematic issue.
INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF INDONESIAN PHILOSOPHY & THEOLOGY are published twice a year in June and December.
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
To maintain and ensure the originality of the manuscripts, each submitted manuscript will be checked for similarity (similarity check) using the Turnitin software. The allowable similarity tolerance limit is a maximum of 20%. Manuscripts that exceed the 20% similarity limit will be returned. Implementation of similarity check after the submitted script is declared in accordance with Focus & Scope International Journal of Indonesian Philosophy & Theology (IJIPTh).
In accordance with generally accepted standards of scholarly publishing International Journal of Indonesian Philosophy & Theology (IJIPTh) does not alter articles after publication.
In cases of serious errors or (suspected) misconduct International Journal of Indonesian Philosophy & Theology (IJIPTh) publishes corrections and retractions.
Corrections
In cases of serious errors that affect the article in a material way (but do not fully invalidate its results) or significantly impair the reader’s understanding or evaluation of the article International Journal of Indonesian Philosophy & Theology (IJIPTh) publishes a correction note that is linked to the published article. The published article will be left unchanged.
Retractions
In accordance with the "Retraction Guidelines" by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), the International Journal of Indonesian Philosophy & Theology (IJIPTh) will retract a published article if there is clear evidence that the findings are unreliable, either as a result of misconduct (e.g. data fabrication) or honest error (e.g. miscalculation), the findings have previously been published elsewhere without proper crossreferencing, permission or justification (i.e. cases of redundant publication), it constitutes plagiarism, it reports unethical research. An article is retracted by publishing a retraction notice that is linked to or replaces the retracted article. International Journal of Indonesian Philosophy & Theology (IJIPTh) will make any effort to clearly identify a retracted article as such.
This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
